Most remember Teddy Roosevelt as a burly, robust man full of energy but that wasn’t always the case. He was a sickly child with poor eyesight and asthma. Over time through a vigorous routine he shaped himself into who we remember him as today. He regularly lifted weights, hiked, boxed and roughhoused, even while in the White House.
