Dutch cyclist Fabio Jacobsen suffered a horrific crash in the 2020 Tour de Poland where he fractured his skull, lost 10 teeth, had to get over 100 facial stitches, and was put in a coma. He got back on the bike 8mo later and won a stage in the 2022 Tour de France.
