Wind Talkers

During WW2, the US employed Navajo referred to as "Wind Talkers" to develop code based on the Navajo language for secure communications. This was primarily used in the Pacific and proved to be unbreakable. The code played a crucial role in many battles, including Iwo Jima. Their contributions significantly aided ultimate US victory in the Pacific.
